-Washington Square Studio requires 24 hours notice to cancel, modify or reschedule appointments.
-Cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the value of the appointment.
-Subsequent cancellations without required notice will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.
-No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.
-We are unable to guarantee appointments for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late for their appointment.
